Ben, which open calls? When that call was even announced? You told me explicitly to take care of this task. I’m already working on the website redesign as you know. Website itself is in total mess, plugins broken, it takes a lot of efforts to fix and update it all. I need some more time to properly arrange all contents on new WordPress. Just managed to fix all the errors. Once finished, will share with you all the new design. But let’s not run simultaneous processes for same thing if I took charge of this task as we agreed.

Dear Prof., Thank you for your response and the update.

Dear ECs,
I believe we can proceed with our discussions as suggested. Can we review the open calls for the website proposal and volunteers from Andrea (responses received)?

In respect of long-term management or maintenance of the website - we have to guide the community to create a team of volunteers to manage the platform.

One EC member is leading the website governance development process.

We can also learn from other constituencies how they keep their website running and up to date.

Once more thank you for the engagement on the NCUC website conversation.

Kind regards,
Benjamin

Ben, NCUC EC colleagues

Sorry about the difficulty in meeting with me. However, I think there may be a misconception about my role. I do not understand why you need my involvement to make decisions.

As the Treasurer, I just follow the EC’s directions. If you tell me to pay for something, I send out a check. I’ve told you about the amount of money in the account ($82,000 roughly) and about recurring expenses (about $30/month for the domain  name). I’ve also made it clear that based on my experience, the real issue around a website is the cost and time required to maintain it and develop fresh content. Based on that info, you guys can decide what to do. I will make any payments needed to support it.

Can you send me the question Ken asked? i do not have time to monitor the NCSG lists. As I've told you several times, we have about $80,000 in our bank account.

Dear Prof.,

Good day and I hope you are doing great.

I need your support and response to move forward with the website project.

Please is there a way to give a response to Ken or to  the EC about financial state in time.

I heard our mailing list is public or is there a place we can check?

Thank you prof., and looking forward to reading from you.

Kind regards,
Benjamin
