[NCUC-EC] ICANN79 Issues Forum?

It is good to hear from you and interested in participating in the forum.
We would like to know how long and what capacity the Global Partners want
to play.
As a panelist, it would be a great idea.

The NCUC Forum is always about 90 minutes long.
