[NCUC-EC] Request for Acceptance and Approval to Submit CROP Proposal Form

Dear Amin,
Thank you for raising your hands to take the CROP opportunity to support
NCUC's engagement effort at ICANN78.

Thank you for the quality application however at this time, the NCUC.
Leadership has decided on another candidate for two reasons.

1. The submission of your application was made after the deadline.
2. The bylaw requirement to ensure equitable and fair distribution of NCUC
Travel slots.


I hope you understand at this point and we are looking forward to your
participation in our EC group shortly.
