I do not know Shah personally, but I've seen he is quite active in the IG community. So far, I can only say it is good we have an expression of interest. Maybe it would also make sense if you ask Shah to draft a short statement of interest before we make an actual vote.

Hope you are doing well,  during ICANN 72 GNSO: NCSG Membership Meeting, I heard from Asia pacific required EC members in NCUC, will you please elaborate a little on the requirement and for which term?  I'll be happy if you consider my interest.

I have been a NCSG/NCUC member since 2017, hope I will be able to handle the leadership role for the NCUC.
