[NCUC-EC] Partial absence during ICANN 70

thanks for stepping up!

-No need to go into details, as there are indeed recordings
-Updating the list ASAP after the end of the meeting would be the best, I
think

And also re today, we'll be doing a short round of presentation at the
beginning of the meeting. Please keep it to a min max. Then I'll present
the webinar, then regional updates, then we'll have the TIG discussion, and
then AOB
