[NCUC-EC] Partial absence during ICANN 70

Dear EC,

I will have to travel home in the next 10-14 days due to illness in my
close family (not COVID related). Given what I must do here in Germany
before leaving for Canada, I will have to cut down my attendance and
participation during ICANN 70 to the minimum. I will still chair our Open
Meeting as planned, and will also drop by during the NCSG Open to give
updates on our constituency.

I will not attend anything else, however, and so would kindly ask you for a
heightened level of involvement, especially in view of reporting on the
meeting to our members. I was specially thinking about the following:

-The two plenaries
-Council meeting
-GAC meetings
-NCSG/Board meeting
-Public forum
-Public Board meeting
-DNS Women's panel

I would normally have led the reporting efforts on those but I will not be
able to do so now.

If you could all kindly pick a topic/session or two, and report shortly on
those to our members after the meeting, that would be great. Please reply
in this thread for coordination purpose.
