[NCUC-EC] Coming Mondays meeting

Dear all,

We're having our EC meeting coming Monday

A few things :

Please send me any points you'd like to put on the agenda

Due to work commitments on my part, well have to either shorten the meeting
slightly to something like 1435 UTC or prepone it by half an hour to 1330
(provided that this is a possibility for everyone incl Maryam/Brenda).

If we happen to have a lot on the agenda I'd also be happy to let one of
you chair the rest of the meeting for the full hour.

I suppose the choice may also depend on what's on the agenda.
