[NCUC-EC] ICANN 70 meetings

Thanks all. I got a request from Ephraim to ask for a slot on behalf of the
CCWP-HR, since we are somewhat "sponsoring" that WG (I'll avoid any notion
of "chartering" since that ruffled some feathers in the past...)

We'll have time to discuss our NCUC Open meetings in good time.
