[NCUC-EC] Agenda for EC - Meeting

Thank you for your emails.

I like to request for an adjustment to our meeting time on Monday
13th December.

I am having a schedule conflicts on Monday in the afternoon.

Suggestions Can we have meeting earlier 10:30AM UTC or reschedule to
Tuesday 14th December at the  previous same time.
