Thanks a lot Ken! Fixed the passage on the IRTs.
I think we're good for now. There are certain comments I'm not certain
whether we are supposed to act on or if these are for internal purposes
(i.e. for ICANN Learn) but I'll inform myself and deal with them
accordingly.
