[NCUC-EC] Calls for your review: NA seat and PC reps (2)

Hi Raphael,

Thanks for the drafts. I have left few comments and am fine with suggested calls. 
I'm just not sure I understand why we have 2 vacant seats at PC. One seat was mine but Liz is still contunuing her term, isn't she?
