[NCUC-EC] Reps on NCSG EC

Dear all,

We had two seats open and got two applications, which is great. Robin, who
reapplied, and David Morar for my seat. I will make the official nomination
process email to you all in the morning (eurotime)

In order to make things move quickly so that Bruna can have her full EC, I
will suggest that we proceed with the nominations, unless there are
oppositions, by Tuesday morning eurotime.
