[NCUC-EC] Technical issues with the list

Dear all,

You may have received a batch of old messages that had been sent to the
list along with various other recipients. It turns out these messages had
been withheld and not posted correctly to the list when they were sent. I'm
looking into that with Maryam and Tapani and will keep you informed.
