[NCUC-EC] Record of applications and voting: NCUC representatives on the NCSG PC

For the purpose and transparency and archiving, here is the record
regarding the NCUC representatives (2) to the NCGS PC.

Applications: two applications, from Liz Orembo and Akinremi Peter Taiwo

Decision: unanimous vote for both Liz and Akinremi, for each their seat on
the PC.
