Hi Raphael,

So far nothing specific form my side to point to. But would be great if you could share with us some key take-aways from the call. I believe that would be useful for our planning for the future.

Best,
Olga

Dear EC,
I (along with Bruna, and possibly Raoul and Joan from NPOC) will be attending a GNSO call this week, dedicated to brainstorming on "opportunities and threats" for the GNSO council. This takes place prior to the Council's November Strategic Planning Session

The agenda is as follows:

Proposed structure:
1
Welcome & introduction by GNSO Chair Philippe Fouquart (5 minutes)
SG/C Chair perspectives (5 minutes each – total 40 minutes)
a.                   Briefly introduce your group and how it works with your respective Council members

b.                   What are from your group’s perspective the main opportunities and threats for the GNSO Council for the upcoming year and beyond?

c.                   If time allows, questions from Council members

2
Outgoing Council members (5 minutes each – total 40 minutes, if all are able to participate)
a.                   Briefly introduce yourself and by whom you were appointed to the GNSO Council.

b.                   What are from your perspective the main opportunities and threats for Council members for the upcoming year and beyond?

c.                   Any tips or tricks you have for Council members to facilitate their work?

Comments / Observations from Council members (25 minutes)
Conclusion – GNSO Chair Philippe Fouquart (5 minutes)

Let me know if there are any matters you would like me to bring up.

Thank you and have a nice day,
