Dear Kaswesha,
Many thanks for your email! We are always keeping an eye out to any
questions NCUC members that are potentially interested in running for the
EC might have. This includes considering all of our members, independently
if they consider themselves more active or less active. It also includes
working to provide capacity building programmes to (also) make sure that
members have the opportunity to engage in policy processes - if not in NCUC
leadership positions such as the EC.
We have kindly taken note of your interest that was expressed in the NCSG
mailing list for the GNSO council position. Unfortunately, your expression
of interest was submitted after the deadline had closed and it was for an
NCSG position. As mentioned in the Chair's previous email, we will open a
call of interest for the NA position within the NCUC EC. If you are
interested in engaging at the NCUC level, please feel free to submit your
interest once it is published here at NCUC-discuss. We would welcome
further engagement.
With kind regards,
*Louise Marie Hurel*
