Dear EC,

The deadline for Additional Budget Requests is coming up. I put out a call
for suggestions at our list but there has been no response so far.

As you know, ABRs are a good opportunity to point out to ICANN org some
activities or areas within our mission that need a little more attention
and funding. For this year, I will submit the same one on Comms that we
have been doing for the past years but due to some current conflicts at our
community, i would also like to try for an ABR that would built a bit more
on Advocacy and CS at ICANN. What I am telling you here is obviously an
initial idea - open to comments and suggestions - but it would be great to
build up on the success of the Policy Writing course and come up with
another request that would allow our members to better understand the
importance of our groups and increase the actions in advocating on behalf
of our mission.

Let me know what you think and if anyone would like to help/has additional
ideas of ABRs!

best,
B.
