[NCUC-EC] Reimbursement - IGF 2018 - Lia Hernandez

Hi all,

Following on this, Lia sent me the correct tickets for reimbursement
(attached), with both dates and city of arrival and departure according to
what has been accepted.

With the aproval we can then proceed with the reimbursement.
