[NCUC-EC] Finance Committee Representative

Dear EC,

It has come to my attention this morning that Ayden is resigning as an NCUC
member by the end of this month. Important to note that he will remain as
an NCSG member.

Apart from loosing a member that has contributed a lot to our constituency
work, this also raises questions about his status at the Finance Committee
as he is right now the NCUC appointee and chair of the committee.

Therefore I would like to consult with you if (a) should we maintain Ayden
as the nominated representative at the committee ? I am not sure about
this, but I would say that there is some interest in staying at the
committee on his behalf  (b) If not, should we open a new call for NCUC
representative?

This is important because I finally consider the Committee to be picking up
its work and if we are to nominate a new representative we might have a lot
of work finding someone willing to give time to the FC.
