[NCUC-EC] CROP Applications for ICANN64 Kobe

Dear all,

In order to request the CROP, we need to fill out a trip proposal today. I
have been trying to reach out to Mili, but I did not have much success so
far.

If I dont manage to reach her, could we consider a runner up for this crop
call ?
