[NCUC-EC] [time sensitive] NCUC Agendas for Kobe

Dear EC,

I would like to ask you to review my suggestion of agendas to both NCUC
meetings in kobe. NCUC EC meeting, scheduled to happen on saturday and NCUC
CD scheduled to happen on tuesday.

I will be taking comments cob tomorrow morning as I am a bit delayed in
sending these to maryam. And would call an extra attention to the EC
meeting agenda, as the suggestions of discussion items should be coming
from you instead of me ;)
