[NCUC-EC] Finance Committee - NCUC appointment.

Hi,

Is Thato eligible for re-appointment? If so, I would recommend changing the
first sentence from "NCUC needs to appoint a Constituency representative to
the NCSG Finance Committee" to "NCUC would like to invite applications
for Constituency
representative to the NCSG Finance Committee for the coming year".

Other than that - looks great.

Best,

Michael
