[NCUC-EC] Finance Committee - NCUC appointment.

Thank you Bruna for informing us.

First, I agree with Stephanie's asking the FC to withdraw the requests with
the deadline of tomorrow as they do not mirror consultation and a bottom-up
process. If not done already, an email from NCUC leadership, would make our
opinion even clearer.

 Also, we need to open the call for an NCUC representative in the FC since
the term is over.

Third, and more importantly, I suggest inviting Thato to our NCUC session
in Kobe to have updates on the FC Operating Procedures, the modalities,
frequency and channels of communication and consultation he suggests with
the chairs so that the next FC team avoids such a situation in the future.
