Subject: [Ext] Missing payments from ICANN/NCSG

As you know, because NCUC has a bank account and NCSG doesn’t, we are often asked to pay NCSG bills. Afterwards, we are supposed to be reimbursed by ICANN.

This message is to let you know that as of today (17 September, 2018) there are about $3,000 in expenses for NCSG that we have not been paid back for by ICANN.
I know that Renata and Maryam were informed of these bills but they date back to July and we have not yet been reimbursed, nor have I received any inquiries from ICANN financial staff about how to make the transfer.

Here is a list:

Wanna Pixel, $2,250.00
RobHost, $635.76

TOTAL: US$ 3054.26

ICANN did reimburse us for these expenses last year so they should have the information needed to do it again. If ICANN needs to get that information again please put them in contact with me via email.
