Dear community leaders,



As you plan your communities’ schedules for ICANN63, I write on behalf of
ICANN Org’s Finance, Public Responsibility Support, Constituency Travel and
of course the Policy Support departments to find out if you would like to
meet with any, some or all of us while in Barcelona, whether during
Constituency Day or at another time. Please let me know if you do, and what
(if any) slots and availability your group may have.



The objective of such a meeting can be to address specific questions and
concerns that your group may have, to supplement other general sessions
(e.g. the Finance Budget Working Group session or community webinars). If
it will be helpful, here are the time-sensitive or timely projects that we
thought your groups may be interested in discussing with each of our teams:

   - Finance – FY20 budget planning (IANA/ICANN/PTI) and related topics
   - Finance/Policy – Additional Budget Request process for FY20
   - Policy – FY19 & FY20 Community Regional Outreach Program (CROP),
   Non-Contracted Parties House Intersessional meetings, budget allocations
   for Policy Development Processes
   - Public Responsibility Support (PRS) – New Fellowship Program approach
   and role/scope of the community
   - Travel – New Community Travel Guidelines and important dates



Thank you for considering this matter, and once again, do let me know if
your group wishes to schedule a session with one or more of these teams. If
you think that a session will be helpful but perhaps not necessarily at
ICANN63, we will be happy to accommodate the group’s questions via a call
or webinar, as appropriate. We will work with your support staff to
schedule accordingly. Thank you!
