[NCUC-EC] Travel support transfer - Renata Aquino

Hi Bruna, yes my understanding is that flight tickets can't be transferred.
Since I ll be in Europe before the meeting, the flight price should be fine
I believe.

I’m not sure if it will be reasonable for Ines to fly to Barcelona at her
expense or using the per diem, I guess it’s best we see what she has to say
about this. But if it’s not reasonable then we could definitely go along
with the suggested funded travelers idea too.
