[NCUC-EC] Travel support transfer - Renata Aquino

Dear all,

Mary Wong wrote to me this past week consulting if we wanted to transfer
Renata's per diem and Hotel reservation to someone from the EC - I will
check with her if it is possible to transfer the two to our NCUC funded
travelers or any of us EC that is not fully funded to attend Barcelona, is
that something you would agree with ?

In that sense they would have less personal costs and NCUC reimbursement
would be smaller.
