[NCUC-EC] NCUC policy slam - Panamá

Dear Renata and EC,

As you might remember from our last EC call, I pointed out the possibility
of us having a "policy slam" gathering right after the NCSG course and
before the start of the meeting.

The idea for the meeting would be for us and the membership that would
already be in Panamá on the 24th of June with pitch talks about our
organizations and the policy development process we work at icann to the
local community. The idea is for it to be very similar to the Johannesburg
meeting on the local community orientated note but shorter and less formal.

We have at least one member from Panamá that could help us look for a venue
(maybe even for free) and also to mobilize the local community - but the
funds part: either for a coffee break or for lets say drinks we are yet to
find.

Do you think we should move this idea forward ? Please let me know soon (:
