[NCUC-EC] NCSG Policy Course - Save the date and extra funding possibility

Dear EC

NCSG Policy Course will have 6 slots dedicated to NCUC
There is a possibility this course is 1 day before the meeting
In which case travelers will need 1 more accomodation night
If so, we will need to fund this from NCUC budget
We will attempt to arrange three stars accomodation amounting from
600-1000USD
Please let me know if you have any objections by 30March
