[NCUC-EC] Call for NCUC mentees to ICANN62 - Review until 23March

Dear

Major change in this deliberation process
We will only have 6 slots for NCSG Policy Course and it may be 1 day before
ICANN62, not confirmed yet

So it is the advice of NCSG Chair we do not take 3 mentees but make the
team among our already funded travelers.
We already have 6 funded travelers all in leadership or appointed positions
(Chair, EC-AF, EC-EU, Onboarding mentee, EC-LAC fellow, NCUC FC NCSG
fellow).

We can take 2 mentees and their mentors can be veterans volunteers (onsite
only maybe).
In case other slots open up from NCSG or NPOC side we can kindly ask if
they can given to our mentees, no guarantee.

So I reviewed the call accordingly

Due to Panama Visa being a cumbersome procedure for some, this call has to
