[NCUC-EC] mail to SVG ICT Week and SVG IGF

Hi

We have a possibility of using NCUC outreach material at St Vincent and
Grenadines ICT Week next week
And SVG IGF in April. These are 1st editions and will likely go up to
100ppl max.

I will ask ICANN Staff if we can print some more brochures or stickers and
arrange them to be sent

We also have invite to speak at the event but no funding so will ask that
but it is a long shot. Will see if it is possible we participate online.

Sending this email see if any of you object to these possibilities and why
