Sounds like a great idea to me!

Maybe if you're taking a broad view of "NCUC meetings", you could
include our CCWP session on human rights, on Wednesday from 830 - 1015
Also, you could mention that the Cross Community Session on Open Data
and Transparency, on Wednesday from 1030-12, is organized by an
NCUC-er (myself).
