[NCUC-EC] Review: NCSG PC - NCUC Rep Applications

Dear all,

I would like to cast my vote on Cláudio - out of the candidate pool he is
one of the most experienced ones if not the most. The member, based in
Portugal, has been long working with Internet Governance related subjects,
is one of the rapporteurs of the Geneva Internet Platform and is a well
known name in many many arenas both in EU and LAC.

I also happen to think he would be an outstanding PC rep due to his work as
professor and academic and based on the quality of his previous
contributions to NCSG policy work and participation at the Abu Dhabi
Meeting as a constituency fellow.

Although I would personally love to have a female representative to the
NCSG PC and bearing in mind that his nomination should raise concerns with
our membership due to the fact that he is the third brazilian to occupy a
leadership related position, I would like to state that I understand the
concern raised by some of our members but cant help but think that Claudio
and his levels of engagement with our constituency are the ones who fits
best NCSG PC.
