[NCUC-EC] Nomcom rep meeting

Dear EC

Today we had a meeting with our Nomcom rep, Anriette.

It is time for renewal of Nomcom appointments.

Per our Operating Procedures, the Nomcom representative is not term limited

So Anriette can be reappointed

However, our Procedures also indicate the requirements candidates have
to be assessed on an open call.

I believe the path to follow then is to open a call for candidates and
reappoint Anriette should the EC wish to do so
