[NCUC-EC] Appointments of PC NCUC

Hi

We need to start building the Policy Committee of NCUC as per bylaws

Note the EC will choose the Chair and Vice-chair of such committee

It should have councillors, pc ncsg reps and appointed members to wgs
also ncuc chair and vice chair

Total has to be 10 people

The bylaws are vague on these appointment procedures so I believe we should
do a call and selection.

Please object, agree or offer any other proposal until 22jun

Vice-chair to tally and decide
