[NCUC-EC] Opening for advice from other Chairs on next mentees selection

Dear EC

Just like we received advice from the Onboarding mentor on the
selection of Onboarding mentee, you may have seen on the NCSG Discuss
that I offered the EC to be open to advice from other chairs about
their members

Since the selection will be at NCSG level, we may receive candidacies
from NPOC members and NCSG Independent members

If that is the case I've formulated the idea that these Chairs send an
advice about the profile of these members (as they may know them
better than we do)

Advice is non-binding but surely will carry a lot of weight in judging
the member

Another important reminder is that mentee allocation can always be
revoked. I. E. if a selected mentee breaks ICANN Expected Standards of
Behavior in any WG discussion, we may reflect on replacing the
traveler

I have no idea if the other Chairs will agree to this suggestion but
hope they do
