I do not support a statement from the EC on this
You can send a letter to members if you want to but you also don't
have my support

I have answered multiple times we have a commitment to openness and I
will not give up this commitment to offlist deliberations

If you are willing to do that, propose changes in bylaws and
procedures and go ahead
