Possible dialogue/articulation w/ Intersessional:
NRIs: IGF UY, IGF BR, IGF UK (participants are speakers)
DCs:  DCAD, DC3, YCIG, DC-PUB, IRPC (invite them to submit statements)
BPFs: Gender, AI & IOT, Cybersec (participants are speakers, invite to
submit statements)
