[NCUC-EC] Comment until 27 July - CROP Plan - Fwd: CROP Dates for ICANN63, 65 & 65

Renata, I did not mean the application/outreach plan the member who applies
to the CROP has to present. But NCUC's Strategic Outlook Plan that we have
to present and have GSE approval before even issuing the call for the
CROPs, at least its what I understood.

Also, given that they cannot be used for global events (neither the IGF)
how do we get to select regions ? We should consider that even considering
a possible consultation to the list, some may question our selection of
meetings and whether or not it fits our mission. Last year we did not
select meetings for crops, but selected members based on applications, and
I think its less problematic to continue this way - but I would like to
hear some more thoughts on that.
