[NCUC-EC] Decision on what remains of website/database budget

Hi Renata,

if I am not mistaking we are using VM for hosting in fact, so it is only
one 400 USD.
@Tapani I guess we can use the money to buy credits/token from gandi that
can be used later when needed and not just waiting?
