[NCUC-EC] Travel support call for ICANN63 - review by 21 July

Hi

Jumping in just to say you can oblige NCSG independent applicants to be a
part of ncuc buddy mentor. Everyone is an ncsg member and can mentor about
ncsg or learn about it and i trust ncuc program is in line with ncsg. If
you take on an npoc member then how about asking Joan to also replicate
something similiar with your help and just oblige everyone to be a part pf
buddyy mentor program ?
