[NCUC-EC] CIVICRM Costs/Request

Hi Farzaneh

Good to know we`ll have reports.

I just want to go on record to clarify I have never officially
challenged an NCSG EC decision. I made questions to you onlist and
offlist about the process.

Now I know better.
