[NCUC-EC] NCUC Reps at NCSG PC and FC

Lets wait for the rest of the EC to weigh in, but I agree with you Els.

And I would also like to say that this would be a good initial chat with
our FC rep, something on the grounds of "now that FC has started, (a) what
are your plans as per the FC; (b) we have seen that theres an OP in the
making, how do you plan to represent ncuc in there ? " If we are able to do
this with all our reps at committees (NCSG EC, PC, FC and NomCom) this
would give us good feedback to share with members and therefore improve our
accountability!
