[NCUC-EC] PIR rep selection process

I think Renata would be ideal for the PIR rep. An important place where we
want to have active participation from NCUC Rep and wide networks which am
confident Renata has. I also value the letter of recommendation she sent
out. Ayden is committed too when he is in charhe of a task and volunteers a
lot but I had to make this hard choice between both of them and am sure
whoever og them is chosen will do a great job.
