[NCUC-EC] Fwd: ICANN61 NCUC Sessions

Hi,

I would also advocate for into holding the EC meeting on PDP meetings day,
our outreach is already clashing with the second part of  New Subsequent
Procedures WG meeting. Also, I thought newcomers day was happening on the
10th this time. Why not tuesday, post Constituency day (15h00) for the EC
meeting ?

As for the policy training, let me understand what are we clashing with. As
Renata pointed out the course agenda is like this so far:

*Training on Saturday* - Clashing with the NPOC Outreach if its in the
morning and clashing with NCUC outreach and the New Subsequent Procedures
WG if its in the afternoon
*Wrap up on wednesday afternoon - *Clashing with the RDS PDP meeting and
also with the GeoTLD group sharing session
