[NCUC-EC] Urgent deliberation: CROP WSIS Transfer

Hi all,

I do agree with everyone on all the points. Keeping in mind this sets a
precedent of such a situation happening, I would hope Joanna would do a
good job and represent NCUC based on her strong application.
