[NCUC-EC] Urgent deliberation: CROP WSIS Transfer

Hi all,

I also vote for Joanna for similar reasons.
Have been able to talk to her both in Copenhagen and Abu Dhabi last year as
well as in other IG spaces. She seems very active in working on outreach
and has experience in navigating wider IG. Aside from that, I agree that
although all applicants are highly qualified, Joanna can easily fly in,
could attend all days, strong submission and it would also give the
opportunity to more members.
