Dear Fellows,

Having heard that Renata will unfortunately not be able to attend WSIS, and considering I'll be back in Lisbon on March 17, from where I can reach Geneva a bit easier, I believe I can make an effort and contribute to the activities which are scheduled and that interest NCUC during the meeting.

Since my first general ICANN Fellowship a year ago, I have already joined NCUC, contributed in the draft Framework of Interpretation for Human Rights, WS2, and completed an interesting constituency fellowship where we focused on Jurisdiction issues, content regulation discussions and in the Internet Universality Indicators Project. I'm currently a Coach for the Puerto Rico meeting Fellowship Program and I've been engaged in a number of national (Brazil) and regional (LatinAmerica/Europe) civil society outreach efforts and activities.

I have followed the discussions, content and the framing of the workshop which NCUC is going to host or cohost during WSIS, and I believe we can coordinate strategy, thoughts and actions so as to make sure the session highlights and puts forward civil society interests.
