I would kindly request you to help us organize these sessions.

Bruna Martins and Elsa Saade will be the EC onsite at all times during
NCUC Programme. They may reach out to you for specific requests.

For now, this is what would be most helpful:

- Tell people about those sessions to join online and/or onsite
Use twitter, facebook, smoke signals
ICANN official schedule is coming up next week  and share the links

- Think about questions/comments to the speakers
Write them down in a collaborative doc if you want to
In a notebook, whatever
Be ready to show you have engaged w/ NCUC and make the discussion interactive

- Communicate with our members
Post once in a while to NCUC list about what NCUC will be discussing
in ICANN61, send links, materials, your expectations, ask for
questions

- Anything else you can think ok
Comment on programme doc, discuss suggestions w/ EC. All is fair game.

You are given an opportunity to influence meetings in ICANN.
Use it well.
