[NCUC-EC] update: NCUC mentees at ICANN61

Thanks for your comments

I'll just note about the criticism on lack of publicity of our calls.
This came from the same person who admitted that they did not see any
of our requests for comments on the session proposals on behalf of
NCUC for all the events.

I mean, I can get someone losing an email but all of them? Not even
knowing where our archives are to search through them?

So there is a limit to what we can do and it includes not being able
to transmit information via telepathy :)
